HAYWOOD VOLUNTEER CENTER
TASTE OF CHOCOLATE

It’s that time of year to start thinking chocolate!!! The Haywood Volunteer Center is looking for people to help coordinate the Taste of Chocolate that will be held on May 8th. The Taste of Chocolate is the Volunteer Center’s main fundraising event for the year and is how we keep connecting volunteers with our 50 organizations in the community. We put 150 new volunteers into the community last year. Along with volunteer services we also provide the senior program SHIIP, Senior Health Insurance Information Program which helped 140 seniors better understand Medicare.

So if you have some time to dedicate to a great event and cause, call John at the Haywood County Volunteer Center, 456-6456 and we’ll get you involved in Haywood County’s chocolate fest!!
