Mountain Projects, Inc. is accepting written bids for the subcontracting of electricians and plumbers of the North Carolina Low Income Weatherization Program for Haywood and Jackson Counties. These funds are being provided through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Salaries paid under these contracts would be subject to the Davis Bacon Act. All work is to be completed by March 31, 2012.
Mountain Projects, Inc. will contract with competent responsible contractors. In addition, Mountain Projects, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids will be received no later than 5:00pm Friday August 22. 2011.
